Kirstie Kelly is a visionary founder, strategist, and creative force behind AES, a consultancy built for brands at an inflection point. With over three decades of leadership across fashion, luxury, and bridal, she’s known for redefining how ideas become enduring businesses.

Throughout her career, Kirstie has led multi-million-dollar brand growth through transformative partnerships with global companies including Disney, Nordstrom, Costco, and H&M. Her work sits at the intersection of commerce and creativity guiding founders, executives, and investors through moments of reinvention with clarity, precision, and purpose.

A designer turned executive, Kirstie brings an instinct for product and a discipline for business. She has built and scaled brands from the ground up, developed industry-shaping collaborations, and mentored leaders navigating change.
